Its about time I started listening to that voice in my head instead of ignoring it for the last 20 years, but foremost the last 12 years.
Its been GIVING ME HELL!
Instead of following what the Angels and the Universe have been telling me I have been drowing it all out with Alcohol.. YES, that's right.. Alcohol.. it numbs all my senses and voices that have been trying to point me in this direction for YEARS.
I'm tired.. its making me tired and I'm sick of fighting it. So I'm taking the first steps back into this wonderful Universe and giving it a go.
Mediation, Yoga and sloowwwingggg down. I need to slow down, listen and breath.
WOW, the breathing thing is real, very real. There is evidence already that these steps are making a huge transformation in my life.
Below are the details of the Class I attended last night. Its on every 2nd Thursday and it will BLOW YOUR MIND! I freaked out a little as spirit was there and I was there and I let it.... for once.
The guided meditation took me to my child self and we played and she took me to places that where so beautiful and spiritual. It freaked me out to be looking at myself at the age of 10. We were holding hands and of course I had tears in my eyes. She pulled out a blue crystal and gave it to me.. which I have now. Rameka while we were deep in Meditation hovered over me and gave me messages.
I AM ON THE RIGHT PATH WITH THIS AND ITS GOING TO EXPLODE. THE ANIMAL HE SAW WAS THE CAMEL. LONG DISTANCE TRAVELLING AND AND A NICE SLOW PACE. EVERYTHING WILL COME TO FRUITION IN TIME.
There was more said but in a nut shell this is it.
We then did a few spiritual exercises that allowed me to get in tune with my guides on a very little level. As this is my first time I'm here to learn. And I was BLOWN AWAY!
